If you are unable to make your appointment please phone 24 hours prior to your appointment time to cancel. This will give me time to try and fill that time with another appointment. For a missed appointment without a 24 hour cancellation notice you will be billed for that appointment.
Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
What To Expect
What To Expect On Your First Appointment
I don’t know about you but I am always a little nervous when I go some place new and don’t know what to expect. So allow me to try to put your mind at ease a little so you can feel more relaxed on your first appointment.
Here are some questions first time clients have.
- Will the massage be good?
- What does the office look like?
- Is it clean?
- Is it noisy?
What to expect on your first visit- Upon your arrival I will greet you at the door and introduce myself, you will then be asked to fill out a health questionnaire. This will allow me to customize the massage specifically for you. After review of the questionnaire and answering any questions you may have I will show you the massage room. It is a small quaint room with relaxing music playing and aromatherapy (nothing strong) to soothe the senses. The fresh, clean linens will already be set up and awaiting you. I perform my massage therapy with full draping to ensure a secure feeling for the client as well as myself. I will then undrape the body part (arm, leg or back) as needed to perform the massage. The room temperature is maintained at 72 degrees to promote a comfortable feeling. If you need it warmer or cooler just ask and I can make accommodations for you.
