I take each person as an individual and I give each client an individualized and integrated massage therapy session. I use techniques that are appropriate for you and what is going on with you and your body at the time of your session. I also use pure coconut oil (unscented) in my sessions. It leaves your skin feeling great but if you are allergic I can use other oils as well.
Therapeutic Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, efflurage, petrissage and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
Orthopedic massage is a style of massage therapy focused on treating painful conditions that affect the soft tissues of the body. Because orthopedic massage is designed to treat medical conditions, it requires extensive training. It involves releasing tense muscles, helping to stretch and lengthen tight muscles and tendons, and decompress rigid joints. My goal is to restore full health to the soft tissues of your body, both treating your specific conditions as well as improving your overall well-being.
Our Lymphatic system is a critical part of our body’s way of draining stagnant fluids, detoxify, regenerate, filter toxins and foreign substances and maintain our immune system. A healthy and well functioning Lymphatic System keeps us healthier. Lymph Drainage Therapy is a hands-on technique that uses very light and gentle manual maneuvers. The lymphatic system can become stopped or hindered by a surgery, trauma, burns, infection, stress, or fatigue.
Keep your lymphatic system tuned up with lymphatic drainage therapy.
I am currently certified to work on level 1 lymphatic issues. If you have level 2 or 3 lymphedema please seek a practitioner with that level of training.
Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.
Cupping Therapy creates a suction and negative pressure. This is used to soften tight muscles, tone attachments, loosen adhesions, lift connective tissue, bring hydration and blood flow to body tissues, and drain excess fluids and toxins by opening lymphatic pathways. Also a great way to create deep relaxation and sedate the nervous system.
Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for highly active people who engage in athletics. Engaging in sports is harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pain and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates. Sports Massage is also highly effective in aiding the rapid recovery of an athlete from an injury by encouraging greater kinesthetic awareness and in turn promoting the body's natural immune function.

Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing muscular tension in the workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule. A typical session lasts 15 minutes. The massage covers the back, neck, head, arms, and hands.
